If I’m being honest, I kind of stumbled into it. If you had told me years ago that I’d be coaching high-performing entrepreneurs, professionals and ambitious parents on success, mindset and work-life balance—I wouldn’t have believed it. That kind of life felt completely out of reach from my corporate reality.
I’ve always believed in personal growth. My dad was an entrepreneur and he introduced me to the thought leaders and coaches who shaped this movement. I still remember those long family drives across Ontario, listening to his tapes (yes, actual cassette tapes! 😂) filled with lessons on business, mindset and success.
But despite being surrounded by those ideas, I found myself exactly where many of my clients are before we start working together—stuck in the grind, chasing success without really defining what it meant for me. I was checking all the boxes but wasn’t fully living. I wanted alignment—where success wasn’t just about achievement but about creating a life that felt whole and fulfilling.
I spent years in high-pressure corporate environments, pushing hard, achieving big, yet always feeling like something was missing. On paper, everything looked great. But deep down, I noticed a pattern—people (myself included) burning out, feeling trapped by their own success, and wondering, Is this all there is?
Beyond the exhaustion, I felt a deeper discomfort. I realized that much of my drive came from a desire for external validation—chasing recognition, hoping my worth would finally be acknowledged. But that validation never came the way I expected. And honestly, thank goodness for that. Had it been given to me, I might have stayed stuck in work that wasn’t aligned with my true values, my vision, or the lifestyle I actually wanted.
At the same time, I kept meeting entrepreneurs who had built impressive businesses but had no time to enjoy their success. Professionals who were financially thriving but personally unfulfilled. Parents torn between ambition and family, weighed down by guilt. And that’s when it became clear:
Success should never come at the cost of fulfillment.
I’m proud of this lesson because I’ve lived it. I took the leap, trusted myself, and proved that there’s more available to us—if we’re brave enough to go after it.
I reached a point where my corporate job was no longer just draining—it was affecting my mental health, my family and my overall well-being. Something had to change. So, I made the leap and started a new business with an established MLM company, Arbonne.
That experience was truly transformative. Not only did I get to work with amazing people and develop invaluable skills, but I was also introduced to something that would change my life forever—personal and professional growth. Arbonne’s culture revolved around mentorship, leadership and self-development. Their conferences featured powerful keynote speakers and from the moment I saw them on stage, I was hooked. It was love at first sight.
I knew, deep down, this is what I wanted to do. Coaching and mentoring my team became my favorite part of the business. I threw myself into personal growth, mindset work and high-performance strategies—not just for business, but for life. I studied what made the top 1% truly happy and fulfilled and started applying those principles in my own life.
And that’s when everything changed.
I realized that real success isn’t just about money, status or grinding 24/7. It’s about building a life that works for you—not one you constantly have to work for. It’s about breaking free from limiting beliefs, mastering your mindset and designing a lifestyle that blends wealth, impact and personal fulfillment.
I started sharing my daily takeaways on Instagram Stories—for over a year, every single day. Then, one day, an unexpected message popped into my DMs. Someone reached out and said, “Do you realize that what you’re sharing could be a business? You have real potential.”
Let’s just say—there are angels all around us, just waiting to give us a hand.
Right then and there, I decided: Let’s do this, Kate.
I never wanted to just figure this out for myself—I’ve always been someone who learns so I can help others benefit too. As an avid reader, I would jot down my favorite takeaways from books, apply them to my own life, and test out the suggested actions to see what would happen. Over time, this turned into something more than just personal growth—it became a mission.
Beyond learning from others, I also committed to deep self-discovery. I carved out time, space, and energy to explore ways to heal and elevate my mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being (with the help of professionals when needed). Through this blend of wisdom from thought leaders and powerful lessons from my own lived experiences, I first created True Vue Mastery—a program designed to help others break through their own limitations.
From there, I kept taking one step forward each day. And today, that small beginning has evolved into a life-giving business where I support high achievers who are ready to:
✅ Break free from the cycle of overwork and burnout
✅ Create wealth AND time freedom—by removing unnecessary struggle
✅ Redefine success on their own terms and design a future they truly love
✅ Turn big ideas (podcasts, books, brand growth) into reality
✅ Live fully—without guilt, fear, or limitation
This journey is about so much more than coaching—it’s about transformation. And if you’ve ever felt stuck, uninspired, or unsure of what’s next—I’ve been there. That’s exactly why I do this.
